Revolution features a patent-pending, seven-chamber thermal structure, Innergy™ Rigid Thermal Reinforcements, and a multi-functional operability in a window that’s fully R7+ capable.
Revolution is designed with a euro-influenced posture with minimal frame and sash sightlines, and with maximum day lighting area to take full advantage of today’s high-performance glass technologies. Revolution offers installation accessories for the North American market and complete compatibility with the most popular North American door systems.
With an integral screen system, structurally bonded glazing technology, American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA)-certified profiles and outstanding performance, the Revolution starts now.
Innergy™ Rigid Thermal Reinforcements
Innergy™ Rigid Thermal Reinforcements from Deceuninck is the new inside story behind better thermal performance. The product of a collaboration with Bayer MaterialScience LLC, Innergy’s technology and design allow you to retire aluminum for an insert that is comparable, but with unprecedented levels of thermal performance.
Innergy is a new generation of structural thermal reinforcements designed with such integrity that structural testing can be waived. But where the polymer meets the road is in the improved thermal performance Innergy imparts to PVC frame and sash components.
Deceuninck North America is committed to creating sustainable products and manufacturing processes. Sustainability is part of our promise to manufactures, homeowners and the environment.
Our commitment to sustainability is a cradle-to-cradle approach, dictating how we source recycled materials, how we design and manufacture products, and how those products are shipped and delivered.
This includes manufacturing products locally to reduce our carbon footprint. Windows featured in the BUILDER Concept Home 2012 were manufactured locally by Eastern Architectural Systems (EAS), Fort Meyers, Florida.
Deceuninck North America also maintains a lean approach to meet zero-waste goals in all that we do. For example, plastic bag packaging has been eliminated, and extruded packaging made from scrap vinyl is designed to stack lighter and tighter in shipment to economize on fuel usage.
Deceuninck North America consistently receives the Excellence in Pretreatment Award from the Butler County, Ohio Board of Commissioners and Department of Environmental Services. It is third-party verification of the notion that we are serious about returning water to the environment that meets or exceeds quality standards.
Our partnership with JP Industrial (JPI), a GreenCircle Certified company, has introduced a comprehensive recycling program for our customers. As part of the program, JPI collects end cuts and other scraps from Deceuninck North America’s fabricators and returns the recycled content back to us to reintroduce into the manufacturing process.
Deceuninck North America is also a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
